2024 Noble pies - Noble Pies. Noble Pies is an artisanal bakery that began as a roadside stand on our farm in 2008 selling 15 pies a day. In 15-years we have grown from 15-pies per day to an average of 3,500 pies a week, and weeks of a QVC appearance, in excess of 8,000 pies.

This is the first of many stories about me, Leslie Noble, my family and Noble Pies. This beautiful pie company pretty much happened by accident.
